Patterns of abstract verbs - أَوْزانُ الأفْعالِ المُجَرَّدَةِ

Pattern: FaƐala YafƐalu of the abstract treble verb – وَزْنُ (فَعَلَ - يَفْعَلُ) من الْفِعْلِ الثُّلاثِيِّ الْمُجَرَّدِ

• As we did in the previous pattern, we will do in this part, so we will study sound verbs, weak verbs, and double consonants verbs as follows:

1-    The sound verb الفِعْلُ الصَّحِيحُ  of the pattern (FaƐala YafƐalu – فَعَلَ يَفْعَلُ):

• There are many verbs which has the past form on the pattern (FaƐala فَعَلَ) and the present form on the pattern (YafƐalu يَفْعَلُ). Consider the following examples:

2-    The model verb الفعل المثال of the pattern (FaƐala YafƐalu – فَعَلَ يَفْعَلُ):

• The model verb is a type of the weak verb that contain a weak letter (vowel) in the beginning of its root. Consider the forms of this pattern thru the following examples and notice how the weak letter is deleted from the present:

3-    The hollow verb الفعل الأجوف of the pattern (FaƐala YafƐalu – فَعَلَ يَفْعَلُ):

• Also, there are a numerous hollow verbs of this pattern. Consider the following examples:

4-    The deficient verb الفعل الناقص of the pattern (FaƐala YafƐalu – فَعَلَ يَفْعَلُ):
