In the answers to the exercise in Lesson 4 Part 13 the word “from” is sometimes given as مِنْ (where the nun carries a “sukun”) and sometimes as مِنَ (where it has a “fathah”).
What determines which form should be used?
Also, the sentence لآ,أَنَا مِنْ إنْكِلْتِرِا doesn’t have a genitive marker on إنْكِلْتِرِا. Is the name إنْكِلْتِرِا a special case, not taking the kasrah?
