• This site has been designed for Internet Explorer on a PC (note Macintosh is not supported).  Problems are likely to arise on the Netscape browsers and on the Macintosh.

• If you are having problems reading the Arabic letters or some letters do not appear in the correct form then this is most likely due to the Arabic fonts not being installed on your PC.  Please download this font by clicking here and click on Save, save in the folder C:\Windows\Fonts for Windows 95,98 and XP and C:\WINNT\Fonts for Windows 2000 and NT, then go back to the page with the problem to see if it has been solved. If the problem persists, please contact us on help@madinaharabic.com

Recommended Settings:

Browser: Internet Explorer (Netscape does not support the Arabic script).

Media Player: Real Player (click for free player).  Once the download is completed you may need to double-click on the .exe file which you have saved to install the program onto your computer.  There are other good players such as Winamp

• Please note that Windows Media Player and Quicktime Players also work to play the sounds, the best approach is to find a free player that you feel comfortable with and that allows you to minimise the player so you can read the lesson while listening to the sounds on the site.
